Two new preprints! We recently finished and submitted not one, but two new papers, both with PhD student Berend Markhorst. The first paper is titled "A Fast Heuristic for Stochastic Steiner Tree Problems" and is available here. The second paper stemmed from the master thesis of Emma Cornielje and is "LOTUS: A Warm-Start Framework for Powering Dual Decomposition in Large-Scale Two-Stage Stochastic Programs" and is available here.
